Summertime is Yogatime! Yoga is an ancient Indian technique that brings harmony between your physical, mental, and spiritual self. When you are in harmony, the journey through life is calmer, happier, and more fulfilling. Yoga helps you to achieve the strengthening of the body and mind and to find inner peace. Each session starts with stretching followed by Asanas (physical exercises) with relaxation techniques in between and concludes with breathing exercises and meditation. The overall session is structured to boost immunity, reduce stress and manage weight. The course is suitable for beginners and you will be guided by our indian-born course instructor.
Please bring: Yoga mat, hand towel and wear comfortable clothes.
